Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of Madrasah/PAI supervisors in compiling and implementing a Supervisory Practice Follow-Up Plan (RTLPP) for participants in the Training for Strengthening Competence of Madrasah/ PAI Supervisors organized by the Semarang Religious Education and Training Center in 2019. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study were 40 Madrasah/PAI supervisors who participated in the Training of Strengthening the Competence of Madrasah/PAI Supervisors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results showed that 33 respondents (82.5%) were able to compile the RTLPP in the very good category, and 7 respondents (17.5%) reached the good category. As for the ability to implement RTLPP, 22 respondents (55%) achieved the very good category, and 18 respondents (45%) achieved the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the students’ activeness and comprehension in reading comprehension. The subjects are students of class XI MIPA-1 MAN 2 Rembang taught by Think-Pair-Share strategy. The expected output is the increase of students’ activeness and comprehension, so the instrument used is observation sheet to find out the students’ activeness, and a test to determine their comprehension. The method is CAR consisting of four stages (planning, implementation, observation, and reflection). This research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that Think-Pair-Share strategy could increase the students’ activeness and comprehension. The data analysis of activeness showed an increase from pre-cycle of 39.39% (low), Cycle I 79.29% (fair), to Cycle II 89.90% (high). Furthermore, the result of comprehension showed an increase from pre-cycle 45.45% (low), Cycle I 66.67% (fair), to Cycle II 87.88% (high). Thus, this strategy is considered successful because the final result exceeds the 75% success criteria.

Abstract

Teachers should act creatively to help students understand the subject matter. The Snwoball Throwig model is a fun learning model for students because it contains elements of play. The author uses this model in class IVC MIN 1 Rembang 2019 students with the aim of improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning material life cycle material for class IVC MIN 1 Rembang in 2019, the author uses the classroom action research method with two cycles to obtain data about the abilities of students . The data obtained showed that this model significantly succeeded in improving the students' abilities in thematic learning of animal life cycle materials. The Snwoball Throwing model can be a model that can help improve students' abilities in animal life cycle material

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student activity, student concept understanding, and problem solving competencies on similirity trought realistic mathematic education. This research is applying on nineth E grade of MTs Negeri 2 Temanggung. This research is conducted on two cycles. Each cycle consisted of three meetings that first meeting the students presented a problem relating to similirity, at the second meeting the students facilatated students to construct the consept of similarity, at the third meeting the students served back a problem that aplication of similarity.Data obtained in this research is data activity of students in learning, the values of knowledge and skills. The data were analiyzed by using a description comparation techniques. The results of this research are active students in the first cycle of 69,4% increase to 94,4% in the second cycle, the understanding of similarity concept in first cycle of 76% increase 87% in the second cycle, and problem solving competencies on first and second cycle reach 68%.

Abstract

Coronaviruse Disease 2019 (Covid-19) makes teaching and learning to be carried out remotely, to protect the safety and health of students from the threat of Covid-19. MIN 1 Rembang as an institution under the Ministry of Religion utilizes a distance learning application launched by the Ministry of Religion, namely Madrasah E-learning. This study aims to describe Distance Learning using Madrasah E-Learning for MIN 1 Rembang students. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative design (case study). The data collection technique used an online questionnaire using Microsoft Form. The results showed that the Madrasah E-learning application proved to be useful as a learning technique during the 2019 Coronavirus Disease Pandemic (Covid-19). This can be seen from the results of the questionnaire given to respondents on average showing that Madrasah E-Learning can be the main means and choice for the implementation of teaching and learning activities for MIN 1 Rembang students during the current Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of instructional video media in improving the learning outcomes of multimedia distance training participants for teachers. The population and sample in this study were participants of the Multimedia Distance Training for Teachers, 40 participants. The method used in this research is quantitative description. From the analysis and calculations that have been carried out, it is obtained with a confidence level of 95%, it turns out that tcount> t table, namely 2.371> 2.022. This means that there is a significant difference between the results before and after the learning process using video media for the participants of the Multimedia Distance Training for Teachers. This shows that the learning technique using learning video is effective, because it can improve the ability of participants to obtain learning outcomes. The participants can continue to listen to the video tutorials that have been given, so that the participants' understanding of the material given can increase.
